We provide digital software and services: SaaS web applications, cloud node and script automation software (AlgoHost), AI applications, custom website and app development, and managed growth services. Every payment is for digital software access or a software licence. All products are delivered electronically — no physical goods are sold or shipped.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) to purchase. You are responsible for activity under your account.

All prices are displayed in ZAR (South African Rand) and include VAT where applicable. Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase until cancelled. Failed payments may suspend access until settled. We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change affecting an active subscription.

Payments are processed by third-party PCI-DSS compliant gateways (such as Payfast, Paystack and Yoco). We never see or store your full card details. Your bank statement will show a descriptor referencing Voretx.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Subscriptions grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for its intended purpose. For commissioned builds, ownership of delivered code transfers to the client on final payment; our underlying tooling and frameworks remain ours.

You may not resell access, reverse engineer our products, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use our products for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing activity. Location features may only be used with the explicit consent of every person tracked.

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and third-party outages can occur. Support runs Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 SAST with a first response inside 2-3 business days.

All payments made to Voretx Automations are for access to digital software: a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our web applications and platforms (including AlgoHost) for the period paid for. No physical goods are supplied.

A licence grants usage rights only. Ownership of the software, source code and intellectual property remains with Voretx Automations (Pty) Ltd. Licences may not be resold, sublicensed or shared outside the seats purchased.

Our platforms execute automation and scripts that you configure. You are responsible for what you run and for complying with the terms of any third-party service you connect. AI output can contain errors and should be verified before you rely on it. We give no guarantee of any particular outcome or result from using our software.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraud, or abuse, and will refund any unused prepaid period where the termination is not due to your breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or ECTA.

We may update these terms; the latest version is always published here with its effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
