Services
Custom website and app builds plus managed growth retainers, scoped in writing.
We do not sell physical goods, firearms, adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency investments, pharmaceuticals or any restricted category. No cash-equivalent or high-risk products are offered.
Accepted payment methods
Card and EFT payments are processed by licensed South African payment gateways. The gateway shown at checkout is the merchant of record for the transaction and appears on your bank statement alongside the Voretx name.
How checkout is secured
TLS everywhere
Every page and API call is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. No mixed content.
No card data stored
Card details are captured by the PCI-DSS compliant gateway. They never touch our servers.
3D Secure
Card payments are submitted with 3D Secure authentication where the issuer supports it.
Clear receipts
Every payment produces an emailed receipt with the amount, currency, product and date.
Billing, disputes & consumer rights
Recurring billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval and price until you cancel. We email a receipt for every renewal.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
Refunds
14-day refund window on digital purchases that don't perform as described, with case-by-case reviews after that. See the refund policy.
Chargebacks
Contact us first — we resolve most issues within 2-3 business days and refund through the original gateway.
Fraud prevention
Suspicious orders are reviewed manually and may be cancelled and refunded before delivery.
Consumer law
Nothing in our policies limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act or ECTA.
