Access is delivered instantly through the browser as a progressive web app. There is nothing to download from a store: open it on your phone or desktop and install it to your home screen in one tap.

Our entry licence, priced to cover the real compute behind about 1 500 deep-reasoning queries a month: standard model inference, one document at a time (up to 25 pages), study modes and email support. There is no ad-funded free tier — the fee pays for GPU inference directly, and your uploads are never sold or brokered.
Plus

For people who use Cyclops every working day. Adds unlimited chats, long-document uploads (up to 200 pages), multi-document comparison and priority queue speed. The step up from Pro reflects genuine cost: holding whole papers, transcripts or contracts in context consumes several times the inference and storage of a single short query.
Studio
R500.00 / month
Built for small teams, studios and agencies: three seats, shared workspaces, the highest usage limits, export/API access, early access to voice control and a one-business-day support response. Priced at roughly one Pro seat plus the additional inference, storage and support load that three active users generate.
All prices in ZAR (South African Rand), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Delivery, refunds & cancellation
Delivery
Digital delivery, instant. Access is granted to your account the moment payment is confirmed and is available immediately at cyclopsai.lovable.app. No physical goods are shipped.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if the product does not perform as described. After 14 days, requests are reviewed case-by-case and partial refunds are commonly granted for unused subscription time.
Cancellations
Cancel at any time from your account settings inside the app. Cancellation stops all further recurring charges immediately, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Exceptions
No refunds for change of mind after full delivery, or for services already rendered. We may decline requests that abuse this policy.
