Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email), billing details processed by our payment gateway, support correspondence, product usage data, and — only for location products and only with explicit consent — device location shared inside your invited circle.

To create and secure your account, deliver the product you paid for, process payments and refunds, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our products. We do not sell personal information and we do not share location data with data brokers.

We never receive or store full card numbers. Card details are captured and processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways such as Payfast, Paystack and Yoco.

Payment gateways (Payfast, Paystack, Yoco), cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery services, and AI model providers used to generate product output. Each is bound by contract to protect your data.

We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions and security, plus basic analytics to understand traffic. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on our sites.

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards only as long as required by tax and accounting law. Location history is retained only for the window shown in your plan, then deleted.

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS, access is restricted on a need-to-know basis, and administrative access is protected by strong authentication.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to processing, by emailing hello@voretx.com. We respond within 30 days. Under POPIA you may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Our products are not directed at children under 13. Family location circles may include minors only where a parent or guardian sets up and consents to the circle.
